How quickly will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 2–3 working days within the UK.

We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange a faster delivery option.

How do I return an item?

Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned within 14 days
Returns must be unused and in their original condition

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Do you offer UK-wide shipping?

Yes—we currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free delivery is available on orders over £200.
