Friendship Trade

We follow a strict policy of “friendship trade” — knowing the people who make our pieces, paying fairly, and protecting heritage techniques passed down through generations. This is craft with integrity, led by the Fruit of the Spirit.

We know the people we work with personally and operate on a principle we call friendship trade.

We actively resist extractive models where rural artisans are underpaid while others take disproportionate margins. Every maker we partner with is treated with respect and paid fairly for their skill, time, and heritage.

It sickens me to see premiums added at the retail end knowing the makers only received effectively pennies for their efforts.
